The course:

We all have dreams: Daydreams where we drift off into our imaginations. Dreams at night where we participate in or resolve some of our most unconscious desires and fears. And then, there are the dreams we have that we want to create and bring forth into the world. What if your entire life could become as you dream it to be? As your physical body rests, your astral body actively explores, experiences, and even creates in your dreams. Dream Body Healing primarily focuses on removing the boundaries and limitations on the natural flow of your energy system, so you can have a deeper connection with yourself and what you desire to create in this world.

In this group hands-on healing class: you will focus on healing the self, but also the consent, boundaries, and agreements when you healing others. You'll also learn not only how to heal your own astral body and dreams, but also how to support the dreams, desires, and astral bodies of others — building real, embodied skills you can practice with, if you so choose.

Whether you're brand new to this work, taken healing classes like Reiki, or have been on your path for years — this class helps you build a foundation for astral body dream healing that can become embodied and truly your own.

What the course covers:

• The guiding principles or foundational beliefs that define what the dream/astral body is and how it operates

• Learn healing techniques that heal the dream body to influence your waking life

• Exploring the concept of pain and how you choose to heal yourself when you are out in the world

• Healing the communication between physical body and dream body

• Discovering your true desires and goals by healing your permission to dream

• Having boundaries and protection when healing others
